Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out an assessment form or contact us, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and academic preferences. We also securely log interactions to prevent spam.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We prioritize the safety of children. When parents enroll their children (under age 13) in our classes, we only collect the minimum information necessary (such as the child's first name, age, and learning goals) directly from the consenting parent. We never knowingly collect contact information directly from children, nor do we use children's data for any marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and similar tracking technologies (like Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam) to ensure the security and performance of our platform. We also use analytics cookies to measure anonymous website traffic, helping us improve the user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

4. Data Retention & Third-Party Processors

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., maintaining your enrollment records). We do not sell your data. We may share necessary data with trusted, secure third-party processors (such as our CRM provider and secure email hosts) solely to provide our educational services. These processors are contractually obligated to keep your data secure.

5. Users' Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request that we restrict the processing of your data or withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact us directly at info@bayan-academy.com.
